The complex consists of parking lot, pool, children’s playground, barbecue, 24 hour security and green areas. The building face south – the sea, and, with the chosen distances, provide the best sunshine in the premises from September to June, and shade in the south premises in the summer. The total residential area of the complex in 2 720 sq. m. Each building has a common warehousing premises for lounges, inflatable mattresses, bikes, and a premises for servicing of level floor one. The design of the complex allows for around-the-year use for residence. The buildings have full outside insulation. All premises have independent air-conditioning heat/cold. The hot water supply is done by individual electric boilers for each residence. The power supply takes into consideration the winter peak load of installation. The water pipes are insulated. The area of the complex is fenced with a metal fence. The access is limited to the owners and their guests.
